We can assist you in your purchase of a new home from a builder.
The procedure is as follows:
1) first and foremost let us accompany you on your initial visit to the builder's sales office to formally register you with the builder and 2) consult with us throughout your subsequent dealings with the builder especially prior to selecting a particular lot location and finalizing your list of upgrades.
These aspects have important implications for the future value and marketability of your home.

Remember builders’ policies generally require that you register at their sales offices with your agent present, if you wish to have a realtor represent you.
Be Informed Before You Sign
