- Forward all sales documents to your lawyer and your financial institution
- Follow up regarding all documents that may be due prior to closing and ensure they are sent to your lawyer before closing
- Liaise with your lawyer’s office on an as-required basis
- Arrange the pre-close visit if required, at your convenience
- Call you prior to your moving date to ensure all is going smoothly
- Provide moving information e.g. utility contact information, offer of Royal LePage Moving van – free of charge
- Guidance on community service questions after you settle in
- We are a phone call away if we can help you with any aspect of your new home/neighbourhood
